When an applicant applied for a number of job vacancies, and then later on those companies where she applied called her to inform that she was hired of course she couldn't accept all those jobs for her, therefore she must going to choose only one. In choosing, she must be careful and must assure that she will make a good decision. And an accurate decision could be achieve through using the steps and the 4 Philosophical theories in Ethical decision making . First, she must gather data about all the jobs and it's company, next is consider the consequences of her decision. Third is to weigh various guidelines and principles. After that she must develop and evaluate the options or choices. Then review her decision, look if she considered the Virtue Ethics, Utilitarian, Fairness and Common Good Approach. And finally, evaluate her decision.
